D6948 in action at the WSR’s 40th Anniversary gala

D6948 will be working an 86 mile diagram at the WSR’s 40th Anniversary gala on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June. This will involve working the following trains:
10:05 Bishops Lydeard-Minehead
12:00 Minehead-Norton Fitzwarren
14:30 Norton Fitzwarren-Minehead
16:50 Minehead-Bishops Lydeard
The 3 mile section down to the main line at Norton Fitzwarren is not normally used for WSR timetabled passenger trains and will be the first time that D6948 as worked over that part of the line.
